APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 35 (1) (a) and 35 (3) of the Nairobi International Financial Centre Act, 2017, the Judicial Service Commission appoints— OBONYO MOSES BUYUKA as Chairperson of the Financial Centre Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th January, 2024.
