REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kabaciah Wagoco (ID/7238000), of P.O. Box 29, Sagana in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.00 6th September, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Kiine/Sagana/3498, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
