Box 4- 10200, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Kennedy Mwangi Kanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Kennedy Mwangi Kanja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kennedy Mwangi Kanja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kennedy Mwangi Kanja only.
