REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kennedy Onyango Okumu, of P.O. Box 16575, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0395 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision No. 17869/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 56733/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
