WHEREAS Shabbir Hussein Kassamjee, of P.O. Box 83820– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8094 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 5585, Malindi, situate in Malindi Town in Kilifi District, registered as LT. 38, Folio 108, File 6506, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the THE KENYA GAZETTE 30th August, 2024 expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
