REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rhoda Mukwanagi Bengi, of P.O. Box 2503, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0518 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 24/124, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) 30th August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstructed of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
