REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Kambo Kingeru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 8.09 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Turasha/325, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 197 of 2017, has issued letters of administration to Rose Wanjiru Nyagah (ID/0477096), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Richard Kambo Kingeru (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Richard Kambo Kingeru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
