Box 74404– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Eric Caleb Macharia Njau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Eric Caleb Macharia Njau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Eric Caleb Macharia for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Eric Caleb Macharia only.
