PURSUANT to Standing Order Nos. 26 (1) and (3) of the County Assembly of Samburu Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of Members of the County Assembly of Samburu that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held on Tuesday, the 16th January, 2024, at 9.30 a.m., at the County Assembly Chambers, Maralal. Further, pursuant to County Assembly of Samburu Standing Order No. 26 (4), the agenda for the special sitting shall be— (a) Consideration of the Boards’ Nominee for position of Clerk of the County Assembly pursuant to provisions of section 18 (2) of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017; and (b) Consideration of the Supplementary Budget.
