APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 26 of the County Assembly of Garissa Sanding Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general public that a special sitting of the County Assembly shall be held on Friday, 19th January, 2024, beginning from 9.30 a.m., at the County Assembly Chambers, Assembly Buildings Garissa. Accordingly, in line with Standing Order 26 (4) the only business to be transacted in this special sitting shall be— (a) Consideration of the Garissa County First Supplementary Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2023/2024 (b) Tabling and Consideration of the Report of the Committee on Appointment on the Vetting of the Nominee for the position of the Secretary/CEO of the Garissa County Public Service Board.
