APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011 and the Urban Areas and Cities Act (Amendment) Act, 2019 and all other enabling provisions of the law and upon approval by the County Assembly of Murang’a, I, Irungu Kang’ata, Governor, Murang’a County, appoint— Anne Wanjiku Ndungu (Dr.), Clement Kamau Muiruri, as Members of the Kenol Municipality Board, for aperiod of five (5) years, with effect from the 6th November, 2023.
