REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sibiah Ndege Motanya, of P.O. Box 50–40500, Nyamira in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the county of Nyamira, registered under title No. West Mugirango/Siamani/3431, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, 14th June, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
