COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above Part Development Plans is complete. The Part Development Plans relate to sites situated within Mombasa County. Copies of the Part Development Plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Mombasa County Physical Planning Office, Bima Towers 5th Floor. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above named addresses between 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named Part Development Plans may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Urban Planning and Housing, P.O. Box 81599–80100, Mombasa, within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 3rd June, 2024. P. O.
