NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB251, in Volume B-13, Folio 2353/21279, File No. 1637, by our client, Felix Omote Kirera, of P.O. Box 92799–80102, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Felix Omote Steve Kirera, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Felix Omote Steve Kirera, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felix Omote Kirera, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Felix Omote Kirera only.
