WHEREAS Fredrick Otieno Opundo, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in Kisumu County, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Ojola/2414 and 2562, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that said certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
