REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Juliah Wangeci Ndekere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kabazi/Munanda Block 2/1350, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 189 of 2023, has issued a grant in favour of Mbuthia Ndekere, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Juliah Wangeci Ndekere (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Mbuthia Ndekere, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Juliah Wangeci Ndekere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
