THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wangai Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc 1/Rwegetha/150, situate in Murang’a County, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succesion Cause No. 3 of 2002 has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Njuguna Wangai, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the original land title deed, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Wangai Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
