THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Josphat Mwangi Kariuki alias Mwangi Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land 6.0 acres or thereabouts, known as Kiine/Kiangai/255, situate in Kirinyaga County, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya in Succesion Cause No. E431 of 2023 has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Peninah Kanuthu Wanjohi (ID/9302620) and (2) Jackson Maina Kariuki (ID/9629727), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Peninah Kanuthu Wanjohi (ID/9302620) and (2) Jackson Maina Kariuki (ID/9629727), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Josphat Mwangi Kariuki alias Mwangi Kariuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
