REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maison ole Salatio, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 8.779 hectares or thereabout, known as Cis Mara/Ongata Naado/213, situate in Narok County, and whereas the said parcel previously belonged to Nkuyata ole Sokonte Siololo, and whereas it has been established that the said parcel was fraudulently transferred to Maison ole Salatio without following known laid down procedures, whereas numerous notices have been given for one Maison ole Salatio to surrender the title deed for cancellation of the said title deed and have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to revert back the parcel to the rightful owner Nkuyata ole Sokonte Siololo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maison ole Salatio, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
