THE VALUATION FOR RATING ACT

APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Valuation for Rating Act, Cap. 266 of the laws of Kenya and the approval by the County Executive Committee at its meeting of 22nd March, 2024, the County Government of Siaya adopts the Time of Valuation for the purpose of preparing the Siaya County Draft Valuation Roll as at 31st December, 2023.
