IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 20 (1) (c) of the Political Parties Act (Cap. 7D), the Registrar of Political Parties gives notice that Safina Party intends to change its party officials as follows— Change of party officials Designation Former Official Current Official Natinal Chairperson Duncan Kubahatisha Nyale Martha Nduta Mwangi National Deputy Chairperson Martha Nduta Mwangi Allan Saruni Kapusa National Secretary- General John Wamagata David I. Wanjohi Any person with written submissions concerning the intended change by the political party shall within seven (7) days from the date of this publication, deposit them with the Registrar of Political Parties.
