NOTICE is given that (1) Kamal Anantroy Bhatt and (2) Dhir Kamal Bhatt, both of P.O. Box 30238–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, have been appointed as Joint administrators (“Administrators”) of Comarco Supply Base (EPZ) Limited (formerly known as Supply Base (EPZ) Limited) (Under Administration) (“the Company”) effective from the 21st November, 2024. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrators. The powers of the Administrators extend to all assets and undertakings of the Company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the Company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrators on or before the 15th January, 2025 for consideration. The Administrators act as agents of the Company without personal liability.
