NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 48, in Volume B-13, Folio 2389/21678, File No. 1637, by our client, Hassan Abdul Rahim Bakhsh, of P.O. Box 86042–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hassan Abdul Rahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hassan Abdul Rahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Abdul Rahim Bakhsh, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hassan Abdul Rahim Bakhsh only.
