NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 188, in Volume D1, Folio 323/2805, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Joseph Kimani Gitau, of P.O. Box 7441– 30100, Eldoret in the Reublic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Ngige Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Ngige Gitau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Kimani Gitau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Kimani Gitau only.
