NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1225, in Volume D1, Folio 348/3048, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Rebecca Waithera Githinji (guardian), on behalf of Austin Githinji Mburu (minor), of P.O. Box 62000– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Austin Githinji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Austin Githinji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Austin Githinji Mburu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Austin Githinji Mburu only.
