NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 25th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 780, in Volume D1, Folio 342/3001, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, David Isoe Ondieki, formerly known as David Isaac Ondieki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Isaac Ondieki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Isoe Ondieki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Isoe Ondieki only.
