APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon me by section 30 (2) (i) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Issa Abdalla Timamy, Governor of Lamu County, appoint the following persons to be members of the Lamu County Pending Bills Verification Committee– Ali Mandhry Chairman James Ndegwa Githui (Eng.) The committee is tasked with establishing the veracity of all pending bills from the departments and submitting a report with recommendations, as per the Terms of Reference detailed in their appointment letters.
