PURSUANT to the Judgment of the High Court at Maralal delivered on the 25th September, 2024, in Constitutional Petition No. E1 of 2024; Janet Lenaimalda vs Abdi IEBC, IEBC Commission Secretary/CEO and Speaker, County Assembly of Samburu and the orders issued by Hon. Justice A. K.
