TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Cecilia Nduta Wainaina, of P.O. Box 27402–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Waithira Ngethe, who died at Washington, USA, on 18th September, 2023. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Margaret Waceke Muthungu, of P.O. Box 50199–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lois Wangari Mbiyu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
