E4 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Mutheu Wambua and (2) Bernard Kimeu Wambua, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Wambua James, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2023. THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th April, 2024 CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Wanza Mbatha, (2) Victor Mutuku Mbatha and (3) Noelina Mutile Mbatha, all of P.O. Box 498–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbatha Mwaniki alias Daniel Mbatha, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
