E30 OF 2024 By (1) Leparakuo Lioperr Maitei and (2) Letoire Lioper, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Lioper ole Lenturas, who died at Emarti, on 15th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Moraa Nyerere, (2) Geoffrey Omwenga Nyerere and (3) Arnold Maiko Nyerere, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Nyerere Ogori, who died at The Nairobi Hospital, on 9th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Tananko ole Kwenia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kumari ole Kuenia, who died at Kiserian, on 26th July, 2001.
