TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kipkemoi Mosonik and (2) Reuben Kipkemoi Mosonik, both of P.O. Box 27, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Sonoiya Marindany alias Sonoya Marindany alias Sonoiya A. Marindany, who died at Tegat Sub- location, on 2nd February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
