TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By (1) Teresiah Wambui Gitonga and (2) George Ngugi Gachoka, both of P.O. Box 29775–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waruiru Gachoka, who died at Bagaria, on 4th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By James Gitau Gathuru, of P.O. Box 702–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Muthoni Gathuru, who died at St. Elizabeth Medical, on 26th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
