TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2024 By (1) Wambaire Mwangi and (2) Muchiri Mwangi Kagundu, both of P.O. Box 16578–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Muchiri Kamundu, who died at Kiambogo, n 27th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By Everlyne Maraka Jumba, of P.O. Box 1203, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Mwanga Jumba alias Meshack M. Jumba, who died at Pangani, on 9th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
