Box 6, Mubwayo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Juma Ochami, who died at Bama Hospital in Kenya, on 28th March, 2023 CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Anjeline Nabwire Wasike, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Daniel Odaba, who died at Muyafwa, on 7th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Joel Wabwire Ogessa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvano Wambakha Onyango Ogesa, who died at District Hospital, Busia in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
