CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By Peter Nasiebonio Nyongesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyongesa Macho Nasiebonia alias Nyongesa Nasibonio, who died at Kituni, on 26th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By (1) John Nandasaba Lusweti and (2) Emmanuel Mukhwana Twanga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Twanga Nandasaba, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Jescah Namukuchu Wechuli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Murumba Mabunde, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 4th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By (1) Julius Opili Ngome, (2) James Makokha Ngome and (3) Erick Sifuna Wamalwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Ilario Ngome Masibayi and (2) Aggrey Wamalwa Masibayi alias Wamalwa Masibayi who died at Namatotoa Sub-location, on 4th November, 1997 and 21st February, 2003, respectively.
