TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 19th April, 2024 CAUSE NO. E832 OF 2024 By Josephine Wangari Gitau, of P.O. Box 39–50115, Kakunga in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Shafu Musina alias Anna Shafo Musina alias Anna Shafu Musina, who died at Shamberere, on 8th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
