TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2024 By Frank Njoroge Githu, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Gachambi Njoroge, who died at Rwamburi, on 15th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2024 By (1) Alexander Kangethe Njoroge and (2) Wilson Karanja Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kangethe, who died at Ndenderu, Ruaka, on 3rd March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
