TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2024 By Joseph Harun Kamau Gichungu, of P.O. Box 852, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wamaitha Gichungu, who died at Nyairoko, on 8th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2024 By (1) Leah Wangui Matemo and (2) Stephen Muchiri Wanjau, both of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Wanjau Matemo alias Godffrey M. Wanjau alias Godfrey Wanjau alias G. M. Wanjau, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
