TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E322 OF 2023 By Gabriel Njogu Ngigi, of P.O. Box 8, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ngigi Samuel alias Michael Ngige Samuel, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Justus Githaku, of P.O. Box 44, Kagio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wandati Ngura Jingei alias Wangati Ngura, who died on 15th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
