TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By (1) Zipora Wanja Nkanambo and (2) James Muthomi Mutegi, both of P.O. Box 40–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Musyoka Mwathi, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By (1) Rosemary Ciambuba Ngai and (2) Rachael Mukuhi Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 188, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Ngai M’Rithaa, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Rresearch and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
