TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 19th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Maritina Kita Munyanya, of P.O. Box 1, Kilala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyanya Ngelu Muli alias Munyanya Ngelu, who died on 17th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Thomas Musyoka Muoka, of P.O. Box 67, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Muoka Mbiti, who died on 17th November, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
