TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Fredrick Mwangangi Maitha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maitha Kithuto Kikuu, who died at Ilalambyu Sub-location, on 30th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Mutuo Gideon and (2) Mary Mutua Kivuthi, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutua Kivuthi alias Mutua Kibuthi Kiseli, who died at Kaliluni, on 26th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By (1) Ester Kamuu and (2) Damaris Kitondo Mutia, both of P.O. Box 130–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngiti Mutia Katuka, who died at Mwanzilu Sub-location, on 18th March, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
