TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Nayauesupat Enole Sankei, (2) Nadunguenkop Enole Sankei and (3) Sankei Nickson, all of P.O. Box 50, Ololulunga in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lesiamon Sankei, who died at Maasai Nursing Home, on 26th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2023 By (1) Melvin Parsaloi Pussy, (2) Phyllis Nairesiae Pussy and (3) Antony Kasaine Pusyy, all of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Lemeria Pusi alias David Pusi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 7th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
