TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Kaarie Letina and (2) Bronson Rojers Letina, both of P.O. Box 44, Ololulunga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Letoo ole Letina, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023 By Edward Liarram, of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thuku Liaram, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
