CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2024 By Lucia Nyakerario Oboi, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oboi Koba, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 10th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2024 By Miriam Otieno Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Onyango Chogo alias Onyango Roga, who died at Nyamaranga Sub-location, on 18th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. 96 OF 2024 By George Ooko Ogwang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adonija Ogwuang Akengo alias Adonija Ogwang Akengo, who died at Mikei Location, on 17th February, 2012.
