TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Orare Akunga, of P.O. Box 3181–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zachary Jeremiah Akunga, who died on 26th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. 381 OF 2023 By (1) Ann Njeri Ndung’u and (2) Janet Nyambuche Ogato, both of P.O. Box 874–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Onduso Serembe, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd December, 2022. 19th April, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
