TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2023 By (1) Karisa Kombe Nzai, (2) Festus Kombe Nzai and (3) Wilson Kahindi Kombe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombe Nzai Kombe alias Kombe Nzai Ruwa, who died at Mere, Malindi, on 25th October, 2007 CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2023 By Felix Mwangovi Mvuga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mvuga Myaya, who died on 16th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2024 By (1) Bendera Charo Ndoro and (2) Kahindi Kalama Nguma, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Nguma, who died on 20th May, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
