TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2017 By Nellie Wathige Mumbi Gitau, of P.O. Box 167, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Njeri Gitau, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2023 By (1) Silas Njoroge Njuguna and (2) Joseph Ngata Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 135–00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Nyambura Njuguna, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2023 By (1) Edith Njoki Gathuku and (2) Nancy Nyokabi Gathuku, both of P.O. Box 87, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathuku Karichu, who died at Mitahato, Githunguri, on 7th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
