Box 367–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wabai Gachunga, who died at Kiaibabu, Ikinu, Githunguri, on 14th January, 1970. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2023 By (1) Njau Jane K. and (2) Michael Waweru Njau, both of P.O. Box 3, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njau Waitara, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2022. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Monica Wanjeri Njoroge and (2) Grace Nduta Kiiyuru, both of P.O. Box 2308–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters- in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wamuhu Kaguri, who died at Kimathi, Kiambu, on 22nd August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
